What Can You Do With Ripped Bananas?

It often happens that we don’t manage to eat the bananas quickly and we suddenly notice that their color is far from bright yellow. And then we often ask ourselves an important question: what can we do with ripped bananas?

Freeze them!

Within a few minutes you can convert them into delicious banana nuggets that are perfect for smoothies.

Here is what you have to do:

  • Peel the ripe bananas
  • Slice them into thick slices (1-2 centimeters (1 inch)). Smaller pieces are mixed easier in a blender.
  • Place them on a baking sheet that you have previously covered with baking paper. Freeze it, and then place the pieces of frozen bananas into a freezer bags.

Stored bananas can be used in delicious smoothies, for preparing banana ice-cream and banana bread or when preparing cereal with bananas. There are plenty options.

Bananas are also a good substitute for eggs

Ripe bananas are perfect binder and a substitute for eggs and you will still enjoy sweet snacks. Do like this: Replace one egg with 1/3 cup of mashed bananas, which will reduce fat, from 5 g to less than 1 g. In addition, banana will give the dessert rich fruity taste.

Natural sweetener

Ripe bananas can be used as a substitute for sugar. They are very sweet and even those who avoid the consumption of sugar can eat them in moderation.

Peeling

Mash the ripped banana; add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Use the mixture as a peeling before taking a shower. Bananas can also be used as a face mask since they are rich in minerals and vitamins A, B, E.  They are an excellent source of nutrients for skin care.  Mash the bananas well and you can also add some lemon juice. Apply evenly over cleansed face for 15 minutes.
