5 Divine Smoothies

Smoothies can be very tasty and delicious, if you know how to select the right ingredients that go well together. They are a great way to consume sufficient quantities of vegetables and fruits. For a healthy and tasty smoothie you need fresh and locally grown ingredients. Smoothies are perfect for breakfast or as a simple healthy snack. Check out which smoothies are so delicious and divine that you will forget that you are drinking healthy refreshing drink.

  1. Spinach-banana smoothie

For the preparation of spinach-banana smoothie you will need:

  • Handful of washed and blanched spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup of ground almonds (optional)

Mix everything together in a blender and drink it fresh!

  1. Blueberry smoothie

For the preparation of blueberry smoothie you will need:

  • 1 ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup of squeezed apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup of raspberries (can be frozen)
  • Few walnuts (optional)

Mix everything together in a blender and drink it fresh!

  1. Orange smoothie

For the preparation of orange smoothie you will need:

  • Fresh squeezed orange juice (from approx. 5-6 oranges)
  • 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

Mix everything together in a blender and drink it fresh!

  1. Avocado-peach smoothie

For the preparation of avocado-peach smoothie you will need:

  • 1 peach
  • ½ cup of chopped avocado
  • Some strawberries
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons of rosehip tea

Mix everything together in a blender and drink it fresh!

  1. Smoothie with coconut milk

For the preparation of smoothie with coconut milk you will need:

  • 4 ½ cups of coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Handful of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 dcl (15 Oz) of water
  • If desired, add a half cup of frozen blueberries or a tablespoon of linseed oil

Mix everything together in a blender and drink it fresh! Enjoy your meal!
