Smoothies, Which Accelerate The Liver Function

Liver is the main detoxifying organ.  With proper nutrition we can accelerate livers performance and with that, detoxification.  We have chosen three smoothies, which will certainly help with the elimination of toxins from the body, and you will lose weight easier, improve your immune system and overall energy level.

Drink smoothies in the morning, lunch and evening for three days. If you need a milder detoxification, drink one smoothie a day and do not forget about proper nutrition.

1. Dark smoothie with plenty of antioxidants

We named it like this because of its dark color, which is the result of spirulina and blueberries. This drink contains lot of antioxidants, proteins and amino acids!

You will need:

  • Half a banana,
  • 50 g of blueberries,
  • a quarter of avocado,
  • 5 dl almond milk (or coconut milk or coconut water)
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina,
  • 1 scoop of protein powder with vanilla flavor (if you don’t have protein powder, add avocado).

Mix all ingredients in a blender and detoxification can begin!

2. Smoothie, which increases the alkalinity and strengthens the body

If you want to avoid heartburn, kidney stones, bone fragility, lower the risk of colon cancer and maintain blood sugar levels, this smoothie is perfect for you.

You will need:

  • Half a pear,
  • a quarter of avocado,
  • 225 g of spinach or curly kale,
  • 6 dl coconut water
  • 5 dl almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds,
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or coconut oil.

Mix the ingredients well and enjoy a glass of “health”.

3. Warm smoothie, which facilitates digestion

If you’ve been dreaming of the perfect smoothie, which enhances your digestion, we present you a smoothie that is perfect for that. Because it contains lycopene it also protects against cancer. In addition, this smoothie is full anti-oxidants. We highly recommend it.

You will need:

  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 large tomato,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • 3 celery stalks,
  • 34 g of watercress,
  • 225 g of spinach,
  • 1 Jalapeño Hot Pepper,
  • 5 dl coconut water

The quantities of ingredients in this smoothie are sufficient for two or three portions. Bon appétit!
